RODNEY ONEAL
Founder | Coach | Entrepreneur

ROC Gear started with Rodney’s love for sports, coaching, and the people who make every team special. As a coach and entrepreneur, Rodney has built his work around helping athletes grow, build confidence, and become the best version of themselves.

He currently serves as Head Coach at Somerset Canyons and was part of the 2026 NCA National Championship team at Florida Atlantic University. A former Troy University cheerleader, Rodney knows firsthand the dedication, teamwork, and commitment it takes to compete at a high level.

Outside of ROC Gear, Rodney is the Owner and Coach of Overtime Training LLC, where he works with athletes through training, mentorship, and coaching.

For Rodney, ROC Gear is more than apparel — it’s a way to bring athletes, teams, families, and communities together.
